Priscilla Kibbee

I love to travel all over the globe shopping for textiles to add to my wearable art. I have taught quilting to school children in Nepal, seminole patchwork to seamstresses in Thailand, and jackets and embellishment to quilters in Turkey where I also served as a judge at 2 of their International Quilt Shows. I have created garments for 5 Fairfield and Bernina Fashion Shows and teach classes on embellishment and wearable art. Lately I have been leaning more toward making art quilts.

Quilting by the Lake, Week 2, Day 4, QBL

Today was tour day and this is Janet Root's samples from Bob Adams class on quilting stitches, or rather, machine quilting. Caren Betlinski's samples from the same class.

Some of Bob Adams quilts. I am not sure if I have them right side up. The stitching is fantastic.

Back in the Quilt show, a beautiful quilt by Judy Blaydon

And Dorothy Caldwell.

And last but not least, Sally Fellows. This is the last of the Quilt show as it closed this evening.
